Policy Statement
Authentic Software was established in the
year 1999.
The following statements does not in anyway affect anyone that abide the
laws and rules and regulations of a certain country, state or city.
Customer and customers refer to the computer user who is using or
in their possession any software by Authentic Software.
1- Authentic Software does not and will not
share your personal contact information such as
e-mail address, name, location, comments, age and any
other information that is private
to any third party vendor, company, advertising
company, promotional events, or subsidiaries
that are not related in anyway with Authentic Software
internal department.
2- Authentic Software have strict rules
that apply to all employees of Authentic Software on the
handling of customer's personal information. Any breach
of information will be severely dealt
by Authentic Software.
3- Authentic Software currently do not own
any subsidiary company. There is no way a company
calls itself a subsidiary and receive customer's
personal information.
4- Authentic Software does not advise any
of its employees to obtain or store any customer personal
information on hard disks, or any storage media owned
by the employee. All records will be
stored in a protected database. Only superior employees
have access to the database.
5- Authentic Software does not allow
spamming and will not spam customer's e-mail with
unnecessary information. Authentic Software will only
send customer specific contents
when requested by customer.
6- Authentic Software does not collect
information such as credit card number, home addresses,
or any other personal information that will make a
customer recognizable by anyone within
Authentic Software or public.
7- Authentic Software does not request
personal information by e-mail or request personal information
to be transmitted through customer's e-mail.
8- All personal information requested by
Authentic Software shall be done discreetly as authorize by
Authentic Software through contact by e-mail service to
a set of procedure recognized by Authentic
Software.
9- An acknowledgement mail will be sent to
customer when information is received by Authentic Software
successfully. In the event of where information
transmission was not successfully received by
Authentic Software, customer will be contacted
personally by Authentic Software for verification.
